How E-Z Cleaning Began
E-Z Cleaning was founded in 1987 by Earl Maness with a straightforward approach to business: work hard, do the job right, and be someone your customers can depend on.
What began as a local cleaning company grew through years of hard work, dependable service, and relationships with customers and home builders throughout Virginia.
Today, that tradition continues under the leadership of Dustin and Candace Maness.
While the company has grown and evolved over the years, the principles behind E-Z Cleaning haven't changed.

From One Generation to the Next
For us, Since 1987 means more than the number of years we've been in business.
It represents decades of experience, relationships, lessons learned, and a reputation that has been passed from one generation to the next.
E-Z Cleaning has developed particular expertise in new home construction cleaning, working alongside builders and construction professionals to prepare newly built homes for walkthroughs, closings, and their new owners.
Our crews understand the details and schedules involved in construction. We know that when a builder is approaching a deadline, they need a cleaning company they can count on to get the job finished properly and on time.
